DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Except for the express permission granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post transmit, sell, lease, assign or otherwise commercially exploit all or part of any Content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks (registered and unregistered) used by us are our proprietary rights. No licence is granted to you in respect to any such trademark other than as permitted under relevant laws applicable to use for informational purposes only.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising out or in connection with these Terms and your use of our Services including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, misrepresentation or negligence, all parties agree to mediate such claim prior to commencing legal action with an independent mediator agreed by both parties.
